Fitchburg Community and Senior Center Expansion

Fitchburg, Wisconsin | 5,000 SQ. FT. Addition and 14,000 SQ. FT. Renovation

Initially envisioned by the City as an addition only, an in-depth programming process resulted in a solution for a 5,000 sq. ft. two story addition and 14,000 sq. ft. renovation that supports Community, Senior Center and Parks & Recreation program spaces, office space and meeting rooms. The project was programmed and designed using green building strategies and significant public participation.
